Dear friends within 14 days of receipt, you have the right to return all products you have purchased on www.oxana-beresneva.com and receive your money for products you dont want back. The goods must be undamaged in their original condition. If you return any product, you must pay shipping fees. Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund request. Please note that we will not reimburse you for the original delivery charges. Any refunds we make will be processed back using the original payment method with which you placed your order. We are not responsible for any items lost during shipping.
Price of the shiping depands a lot on size of a painting, your location and it is very individual. To make sure you get lowest rate for a shipping, price might be set after you inform me about you location and we agree on method painting will be sent(carton box or roll). Paintings will be sent from Czech Republic. To have individual shipping price please write me the email before paying the order to set up the details.
